Orders, Shipping and Delivery

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Once you have placed your order on our website, it will be processed by our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours. Orders are then shipped Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. We’ll ship as soon as possible, within 5 business days from processing your order. You will receive an email as soon as your order has shipped.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with an order tracking number that will give you information on where your package is and when it is scheduled to arrive at your door. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after placing your order to receive the tracking number. If you have not received it within 48 hours, email us at so we can help.
Where do you ship?
We ship internationally.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders over $50 include free international shipping.
Do you provide samples?
Absolutely. Free samples will be provided with every order so you can try new products.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit card brands including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment through PayPal and debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks or money orders.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at, ideally within an hour after placing it. Unfortunately if your order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?
What is your return/exchange policy? We will issue a full refund for any product container returned at least half full within 30 days. We currently don’t process exchanges, but it is always possible to return a product and purchase another instead.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once you have contacted us about a return, please allow 2-3 business days for your request to be addressed. Once the return is processed, you can expect to see a refund in your bank account within 7 business days.


Are your products Vegan?
Yes. Staying away from animal-derived ingredients and animal testing is one of our founding principles. All of our formulations are 100% vegan.
Are your product formulations clean?
Yes. We choose our ingredients mindfully and only use products that are non-toxic and kind to the skin. There are no traces of potentially harmful ingredients in any of our products.
Are your products all natural?
We rely on naturally-sourced minerals and ingredients. Our product formulations also contain active ingredients developed in the lab by our scientists. Rest assured, there are no traces of potentially harmful ingredients in any of our products.

Are your products free from parabens?
Yes. Parabens are a type of preservatives widely used in the cosmetic industry that are often linked to allergic reactions, skin rashes and irritations. For that reason, there are no Parabens in any of our products
Are your products free from SLS/SLES?
Yes. Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) and Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES) are commonly used foaming detergents which dermatologists believe to be causing damage to the skin’s natural barrier. They also play a role in the development of skin disorders. For that reason, there are no SLS/SLES in any of our products.
Are your products free from other harmful ingredients?
Yes. In addition to banning Parabens and SLS/SLES we do not use any GMOs, Microbeads, Phthalates, Mineral oils, Alcohol, Petroleum or other ingredients that can harm your skin.
Are your products dermatologically tested?
Absolutely. All of our products undergo dermatological testing. They are also allergy tested and approved for sensitive skin. Products meant for use around the eyes are also ophthalmologically tested and fragrance-free.
Are your products safe for pregnant women?
Many of our products are safe for pregnant women, but we do recommend that you consult your physician before using any of our products during your pregnancy.
